Once you click on the secure button you will be presented with a PayPal payment page on a secure link. Please fill in your name or company name and what the payment is for in the Payment For: field and the amount in the Amount: field.
If you don't have a PayPal account you can still use the payment system. On the PayPal payment page simply click on the button beside 'If you do not currently have a PayPal account' and you can then enter the payment information and use your credit card for the payment.
